This first 14 page file directly below contains all the pages needed for the 1st day of class. If you print all the pages, it will be 7 double sided pages of information. Please make sure your printer is set to 2 sided printing or double sided printing. You may want to test 1 page to make sure. Once printed, please carefully complete the Student Driving Record. Once the Student Driving Record is completed, please put the student’s name where it is appropriate on pages 3 and 5. If you would like to complete the Parent/Student contract and the Mentor Log, we believe those are very good tools to use during the 6 week course of Driver Education. Please bring all 7 pages to the 1st day of class.
